Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of Additional Sessions Judge/FTC(N), Gonda to decide Sessions Trial No.340 of 2024 (State vs. Smt. Alia), Case Crime No.340/2014, under Sections 354(Kha), 376, 511, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2023 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant, who is accused in the case is a lady and she is appearing in the case, but the trial court is not expediting the case. Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the trial court is directed to expedite the aforesaid case in accordance with law. 5. This application stands disposed of.
