Petition has been filed contending that the petitioner nos.1 & 2 want to reside together. However, the version of the petitioner no.2 is not known to the Court. Consequently, there cannot be any occasion of compelling the petitioner no.2 to reside along with petitioner no.1 particularly when his stand is not known and only the petitioner no.1 has pressed the petition. 4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition stands dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to either file afresh or avail appropriate remedy as available.
