Instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents to transfer the investigation of Case Crime No.0057 of 2025 under Sections 70(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act, Police Station Rampur Kalan, Sitapur, to some other Investigating Officer with a further prayer to conduct fair and proper investigation of the aforesaid case crime. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in paragraphs 17, 18 and 20 of the counter affidavit states that a final report dated 16.04.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority. 4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to him under law. November 26, 2025 A.
