However, after a lapse of seven years, a false complaint has been filed, falsely implicating the petitioner as Accused No.1. 2. It IS submitted that the petitioner is working as an Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police and has been falsely implicated only to perjure the other accused. Considering the submissions and after perusing the record, the Station House Officer, Nallapadu Police Station, Nallapadu, Guntur District, is directed to complete the investigation by taking into consideration submitted by the petitioner and the fact that the alleged incident took the year 2018.
