Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 11.06.2025 cancelling petitioner's Income Certificate. The show cause notice dated 03.07.2025 issued in pursuance thereof with regard to cancellation of petitioner's appointment as Anganwadi Worker is also under challenge. 3. Mr. Jogendra Nath Verma, learned State Counsel, at the very outset, raised a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of this petition in view of the fact that petitioner has ample opportunity to file an appeal against order dated 11.06.2025. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner in reply thereto, on the basis of instructions, submits that as yet, no appeal against said order has been filed. 5. Upon consideration of submissions advanced by learned counsel for parties and perusal of material on record, it is thus evident that order dated 11.06.2025 being appelable, remedy has not yet been availed of by petitioner and factual disputes have been raised in the petition with regard to challenge thereto. 6. In view thereof, liberty is granted to petitioner to file an appeal against Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ajay Kushwaha, Harshita Gautam, Kanchan Maurya Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Sumitra Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy./Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Bal Vikas Evam Pushtahar And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) order dated 11.06.2025. In case such an appeal is preferred, same shall be decided expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The termination or otherwise cancellation of petitioner's appointment as Anganwadi Worker would be subject to final orders to be passed in appeal. In view of such directions, show cause notice dated 03.07.2025 is not being interfered with. 7. With the aforesaid directions(s), petition stands disposed of.
