Heard learned counsel for the petitioner ,and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4. Perused the record. 5. Sri G.Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence; petitioner was falsely implicated by the police in this crime basing on the confession statement made by other accused; petitioner is a poor maid servant having school going children; accused No.1 was already released on bail in Criminal Petition No.347 of 2025; petitioner would abide by any conditions to be imposed by this Court; and urged to allow the petition. 6. Per confra, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail stating that some more material witnesses have to be examined; investigation is not completed; if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, she would not be available for the investigation and she would escape from the clutches of law; and urged to dismiss the bail petition. 7. The petI-tiOner Shall be enlarged on bail subject to her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vijayawada. ij).
