Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation before the Secretary/respondent No. 2 on 12.04.2023 and the same is pending, it has not been decided till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeking a limited direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation pending before the respondent No. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/state submits that looking to the limited prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Secretary to consider the representation within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 5. As the representation is pending since 2023, the respondent No. 2/Secretary, School Education Department is directed to consider and decide the representation in accordance with law within a period of 50 days from the receipt of the order of this Court. 6.
