In view of above, this petition stands disposed of directing respondent No.2 to place the matter before the High Power Pension Redressal Committee for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, within a period of 45 days from today. Thereafter, High Power Pension Redressal Committee is directed to consider and decide the issue, within a further period of 30 days by providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the State-Respondent No.1 & 2 is directed to send certified copy of this order to respondent No.2 - Director, Treasury, Accounts and Pension Department, Raipur, District 3 Raipur (CG) for its complaince. 7.
