This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to the opposite parties to take legal action and set up inquiry against respondent No. 7. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that while complaints against respondent No. 7 have all been filed by one Tej Prakash Mishra and Ankush son of Rajesh, the petitioner, without disclosing his credentials and indicating his occupation in the affidavit as farmer, has filed the present petition. 3. The petitioner has failed to disclose the source of the documents, which in the normal course could have been either in the possession of Tej Prakash Mishra or Ankush or with respondent Nos. 1 to 6. 4. Apparently, the petition has been filed by the petitioner at the behest of the other complainants/someone else, who is having enmity against respondent No. 7. 5. In that view of the matter, the petition filed, purportedly in public interest, cannot be countenanced, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
