Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that this contempt petition has been filed for willful and deliberate violation of this Court’s order dated 18.02.2022 in WP(C) No. 4413/2021. Mr. S.M.T. Chistie, learned counsel by producing the order dated 11.03.2025 passed by the Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Department of School Education submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent authority. He submits that the direction was to consider the appeal to be filed by the petitioner and the same has already been done. In view of above, the instant contempt petitioner stands closed. Petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the order so passed by the Secretary, Department of School Education, if aggrieved.
