Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Sri P.K. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material on record. Instant petition has been filed seeking following main prayers:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion and give benefit from the date junior to petitioner has been given promotion on next higher post of Senior Bhandar Adhikshak or in any case direct the Respondent No.2 to decide and finalize the pending representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025, duly forwarded on 16.10.2025, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this Writ Petition, by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law;" Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the respondent no.2/Managing Director, U.P.
