Petition has been filed mainly for the following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to pay the salary of a trained grade teacher to the petitioner. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to pay complete arrears of salary of a trained teacher to the petitioner from the year 2019. III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party to pay 18% of penal interest from the date when the petitioner got himself trained till the date of payment of full arrears." 4.
