GP FOR SERVICES II 2 HCGR,J W.P.No.12510 of 2025 The Court made the following Order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondents in paying salary to petitioner from August 2024 to till date and also arrears. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record affidavit dated 30.06.2025, inter alia, stating that the amounts payable to petitioner on account of arrears of salary have already been processed and the same are pending with treasury for release. It also contains details of calculations, as per which an amount of Rs.3,66,894/- has been processed for payment with necessary deductions. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of aforesaid developments, with respect to salary the grievance of petitioner has been redressed. However, with respect to arrears payable for the suspension period, petitioner may be granted liberty to make appropriate representation to respondents for consideration. 4. In view of aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation to respondents, in respect of claim amounts payable during the suspension period. On such representation being made, respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate 3 HCGR,J W.P.No.12510 of 2025 orders, within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter.
