Mr. Harendra Belwal, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Yogesh Chandra Tewari, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner has challenged an order dated 05.09.2022 passed by Assistant Labour Commissioner, Udham Singh Nagar in proceedings under Payment of Wages Act, 1936. Since the order impugned in this writ petition is appealable under Section 17 of Payment of Wages Act, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the descriptions of the workman, as given in Form ‘F’, are not correct and substance of evidence has also not been appended to the Form-F, therefore, petitioner is not able to file appeal. 5. Since petitioner can raise all these issues before the appropriate forum, therefore, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority.
