Nanda, learned Senior AAG appearing for the respondent No. 1 submits and has produced a communication from Block Development Officer, Khawas, bearing No. BDO/Kh/2023- 24/874-80 dated 26.09.2023, that 26 voters belonging to four families of village Gadyog registered in Panchayat Behinumble have been deleted from that Panchayat-(Behinumble) and added in Ward No. 01 of Panchayat Gadyog and that they have also exercised their right of franchise. 02. Therefore, it appears from the absence on behalf of the petitioners that their grievance has been redressed. Accordingly, this petition is, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
