Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State; Shri Aviral Raj Singh, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record. 3. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.107 of 2024, under Section 124(1), 78(1) BNS, P.S. Chauk, District Lucknow. 4. In terms of the FIR, allegations were levelled that on 03.07.2024 daughter of the informant aged about 20 years had gone out of home alongwith her cousin brother and when both of them reached, a short stature person wearing black T-Shirt threw acid like substance on the daughter of the informant which resulted in substantial injury on the daughter. 5. In terms of the counter affidavit filed by the informant, photographs have been annexed which show substantial injuries suffered by the daughter on the face and other part of the body. 6. Victim is a young girl aged about 20 years and has suffered injury on account of the alleged attack by the applicant. In the statement made before the trial Court, the victim identified the applicant.
