Petition her been filed seeking mainly for the following relief(s):- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer from District-Azamgarh to Bareilly Zone or Agra Zone or Comissionerate, Gautambudh Nagar, on the ground of ailment i.e. - Adenomyosis and Chronic Cervicitis disease in Uterus and Mild hepatomegaly disease in Liver; of his wife." 3.
