The present application under Section 482 BNSS has been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR/Case Crime No.301 of 2024 under sections 191(2), 110, 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 111 BNS, P.S. Bangarmau, District Unnao. 3. It is argued that the applicants were granted the benefit of anticipatory bail vide order dated 30.10.2025 in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No.194 of 2025. 4. As the allegation are similar, on the same ground and reasoning, the applicants are also granted the benefit of anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions as contained in the said order dated 30.10.2025. 5.
