The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No. 30/2023, registered under sections 498A, 302/34 of the I.PC pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 3082/2025 and petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and there is nothing specific against the petitioner. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that case is arising out of 498A/302/34 of I.P.C. 5. Considering that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 3082/2025 and petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra, in connection with Piparwar P.S.
