Krishna Mohan) Heard the learned Government Pleader for Commercial Taxes for the petitioner. Inspite of service of notice, none appears for the respondent. 2. This Tax Revision Case arises against the order passed in T.A.No.479 of 1999 on the file of Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, dated 21.10.2000. 3. There was a common order passed by the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal in T.A.No.476 of 1999 and batch, in which, T.A.No.479 of 1999 is also a part of it, against which, this T.R.C.No.113 of 2003 arose. 4. Already the Division Bench of the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh, dismissed the T.R.C.No.19 of 2002 on 09.08.2002 itself in respect of the other Tribunal Appeal, arising out of these common appeals before the said Tribunal. 5. In view of the same, this Tax Revision Case is also dismissed. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
