Learned counsel for the State submitted on instruction that a charge-sheet under Section 191(2), 190, 115(2) and Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Investigating Officer against the applicant no.1 – Shamim and the applicant no.4 – Meharban only. He further submitted that the remaining applicants were not named in the FIR and the investigation has been completed by the Investigating Officer. 4.
