State of Andhra Pradesh reported in 2015 (6) ALD 609 (DB) apart from being violative of the fundamental and Constitutional rights guaranteed to under Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and us consequently set aside the same and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to suspend the proceedings in D.Dis.No.257/2025/D, dated 25.06.2025 issued by the respondent No.3, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
