It has been submitted that learned counsel for the petitioner could not put his presence before the Court on 30.4.2025 as he had not received the message from the Court. Hence, the application. No reply is intended to be filed. Keeping in view the averments made in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit and the fact that the party cannot be penalized for the fault of the counsel, the present application is allowed and the non bailable warrants of arrest, issued on 30.4.2025, are ordered to be recalled.
