The copy of the order dated 22.07.25 is being annexed as Annexure No. 1 to this petition, in the interest of law and justice." 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also the main relief(s) sought in this application, quoted above, as per which the applicant has assailed the consequential order passed in the proceedings instituted by the opposite party No. 2/Smt. Soni Singh @ Sanjivani Singh w/o Vinay Pratap Singh (applicant), this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant application. It is accordingly dismissed.
