A junior appeared on behalf of the respondent no. 5 and sought time on the ground that his senior was coming from Prayagraj. Since, the counsel was not present in Court, we have not heard the respondent no. 5. 2. Counsel on behalf of the State submits that since the village name was wrong in the E-Tender notice, they are willing to cancel the auction that has been carried out with regard to the pond in the Village- Karammer. 3. In the light of the same, nothing remains in the writ petition. 4. We direct the State department and respondent no. 2 to cancel the allotment that has been made in favour of respondent no. 5 acting in accordance with law. 5. The respondent authority shall be at liberty to issue a fresh E-Tender with regard to the pond at Village- Karammer. 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
