The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “(i) To command the Respondents to give fair compensation to the petitioners against the land acquired by them for construction of Patna High Court CWJC No.15630 of 2016(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 Baghmati Bayan Tatbandh at Mauza Keotsa, as per the provisions enumerated in the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (hereinafter 'the Act'). (ii) To pass any other order/orders as be deemed fit and proper in the background of the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned State counsel has taken this Court to the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 and 4 after service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the year 2019 and as per paragraph - 7, award was prepared and the compensation amount has been received by the petitioners without any protest. 4.
