Perusal of court file reveals that counsel has not been appearing on behalf of the petitioner for quite some time. Lastly, matter was listed on 4.6.2025, but despite repeated pass-overs, none came present on behalf of the petitioner. Matter was listed on 21.5.2025, on which date also, none came present on his behalf and matter was again adjourned for
2 today. Today also, neither petitioner nor his counsel has come present to impart instructions.

In view of above, this Court has reason to believe that the petitioner is not interested to pursue his case and as such, same is dismissed in default on account of repeated absence of the counsel for the petitioner as well as the petitioner. All pending applications stand disposed of.
