Raghunandan Rao) The appellants herein sought grant of ryotwari patta, by way of application, under Section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948/ Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Inams (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1956, in relation to Ac.610.00 of land in various of Villages of Anakapalli District. This application came to be dismissed, by way of an endorsement, dated 19.07.2023, by the Joint Collector, Anakapalli. Aggrieved by the said rejection of their application, the appellants moved W.P.No.3812 of 2025, before this Court. A learned Single Judge of this Court had passed an Interlocutory Order on 21.04.2025 by recording the written instructions produced by the learned Government Pleader and granting status quo to be maintained by all the parties regarding the possession of the property, till the next date of hearing and posted the matter after four (04) weeks. 2. Aggrieved by this order, the present Writ Appeal has been filed by the appellants. 3. Sri V.V.N. Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the impugned order of rejection, passed by the Joint Collector is, prima facie, invalid and requires to be set aside on the simple ground of violation of principles of natural justice. He would submit that the 4 RRR, J & TCDS, J W.A.No.588 of 2025 learned Single Judge, by passing an order of status quo, has affected the interests of the appellants and the same needs to be corrected. 4. The order-under-appeal is an Interlocutory Order and the Writ Petition is still pending. In such circumstances, it would not be appropriate for this Court to interfere with the exercise of discretion of the learned Single Judge, at the Interlocutory stage. 5. In the circumstances, this Writ Appeal is closed, leaving it open to the appellants to approach the learned Single Judge, for an early hearing in the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
