Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief(s):- "(i) ISSUE a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding as the opposite parties to provide the pension as well as pensionary benefits from the date of retirement after commuting the petitioner's services rendered by him as seasonal collection Amin w.e.f 26.10.1995 till his regularization i.e., 01.03.2006 in the light of the Judgment and order dated 07.05.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No(s) 6118 of 2024 Anand Prakash Mani Tripathi versus State of U.P. & Ors and judgment and order dated 06.09.2021 passed in Writ A No.41962 of 2016 Brij Mohan Sharma & 3 ors) and judgment and order dated 08.10.2021 passed in writ A no. 58 17 of 2020 Kaushal Kishore Chaubey Versus State of U.P. and order dated 21.10.2024 passed in Writ A no.9522 of 2024 Rajendra Bahadur Singh & ors versus State of UP & ors and order dated 03.12.2024 passed in Writ-A No. 11500 of 2024 Srikant Tiwari Vs. State of U.P. and others in accordance with law. ii. ISSUE, a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Nand Kishore Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Ganga Ram .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Revenue Deptt. Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) add/count the petitioner's services rendered by him as seasonal collection Amin w.e.f. 26.10.1995 till his regularization and give him service benefits in accordance with law. iii. ISSUE, a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties to provide the service benefits ie., ACP First Promotional grade after completion of 10 years service and arrear of salary we.f. 01.03.2006 till 19.12.2019 and other consequential benefits to the petitioner in accordance with law." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Collector, District - Rae Bareli, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
