Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State, and perused the record. 2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking modification of bail conditions and reduction of the personal bond amount in connection with the following cases: (a) Case Crime No.327 of 2018, u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, section 3/7 of E.C. Act & 66D of IT Act, P.S. Jalaun, District Jalaun, (b) Case Crime No.329 of 2018, u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, section 3/7 of E.C. Act & 66D of IT Act, P.S. Jalaun, District Jalaun, (c) Case Crime No.330 of 2018, u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, section 3/7 of E.C. Act & 66D of IT Act, P.S. Jalaun, District Jalaun, (d) Case Crime No.335 of 2018, u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, section 3/7 of E.C. Act & 66D of IT Act, P.S. Jalaun, District Jalaun, and (e) Case Crime No.336 of 2018, u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, section 3/7 of E.C. Act & 66D of IT Act, P.S. Jalaun, District Jalaun. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that although bail has been granted in all five cases, the applicant is unable to furnish the personal bond amount stipulated in the bail orders due to financial constraints. It is therefore prayed that the bond amount be reduced in the interest of justice. 4. The learned A.G.A. does not raise any serious objection to the modification of the bail terms. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the financial condition of the applicant, the bail conditions are modified as follows: (a) the personal bond amount is reduced to Rs.5,000/- in each of the five cases, (b) all other conditions of the bail order shall remain unchanged. 6.
