Present writ petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to authority concerned for grant of minimum of pay-scale to petitioner in terms of guidelines dated 24.09.2024 issued by he State Government and in terms of judgment rendered by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Sabha Shankar Dube v. Divisional Forest Officer reported in 2019(12) SCC 297: AIR 2019 SC 220. 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.5 i.e. Divisional Forest Officer, Social Forestry, Forest Range, Amethi. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned in light of guidelines dated 24.09.2024 and judgment rendered in Sabha Shankar Dube(supra) expeditiously within a period of six weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
