Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 143 ( 2 ), 143 (5) , 61 ( 2 ) and 3(5) of B. N S. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Priyanka Kumari alleged that on 13.09.2024 while she was alone at her matrimonial home , in the meantime ,all the accused persons came there and abducted her and her two children by giving them intoxicanting substance and took her to Hajipur Railway station and sold them to a 70 years old man for Rs. 1 lakh . 4. Considering the nature of accusation , and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
