Court No. - 12 HON'BLE PANKAJ BHATIA, J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the records. 2. The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR/Case Crime No.737 of 2010, under Section 304 IPC, Police Station Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow. 3. In view of the said, contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that merely because the driving license was not there, the applicant is being prosecuted for an offence under Section 304 IPC. 5. Learned AGA opposes the bail application. 6. Considering the fact that the FIR is of the year 2010 and prima-facie the material to suggest implication under Section 304 IPC is missing, a case for anticipatory bail is made out.
