Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the Opposite parties to conduct a fair and proper investigation regarding the First Information Report bearing Crime No. 0021 of 2025 u/s 352 [506 IPC], 351(3) [504 IPC], 3(5) [34 IPC] BNS lodged by the petitioner at P.S Pali, District Hardoi on 14.01.2025 against the accused persons (ANNEXURE NO.1). (ii) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the O.P No. 2 to transfer the investigation from Police Station Pali to any other Police Station. (iii) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding to Opposite Party No. 2 to monitor the investigation regarding the First Information Report bearing Crime No. 0021 of 2025 u/s 352 [506 IPC], 351(3) [504 IPC), 3(5) [34 IPC] BNS lodged by the petitioner at P.S Pali, District Hardoi on 14.01.2025. (iv) Issue any other Writ, Order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the interest of Justice. (v) Award the cost of the Petition in favor of the petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the first informant in the present case and though the F.I.R. in the instant case has been registered on 14.01.2025, yet the police is not investigating the case in fair and impartial manner. In view of the above, the petitioner may move an application before the respondent Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arpan Prakash Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Sheelu Gupta .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) no.2- Superintendent of Police, Hardoi, highlighting her grievance and seeking fair and impartial investigation and if such an application is moved by the petitioner, respondent no.2- Superintendent of Police, Hardoi, shall ensure the fair, impartial and expeditious investigation in the present case.
