consideration order dated 10.09.2025. The office instructions are also to the effect that in terms of aforesaid
consideration order, the concerned authorities have been
directed vide office letter dated 12.03.2026 to ensure payment of arrears to petitioners.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that aforesaid office instructions and the consideration order though have redressed the grievance of petitioners, 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes.
2 however, respondents be directed to ensure the payment of arrears to petitioners flowing therefrom within time bound schedule.
3. Taking note of office instructions and
consideration order, the present execution petition stands
disposed of with hope and trust that arrears due to petitioners shall be expeditiously released in favour of petitioners preferably within twelve weeks from today. Petitioners are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of their surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law at an appropriate stage in case necessity so arises. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand
