The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO:671 OF 2025 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 28.04.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31582 of 2012. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. While hearing the contempt case, the learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 18.03.2026 issued by the respondent No.1, wherein, respondent No.1 directed the authorities concerned i.e., Tahsildar, Vijayawada North, Town Surveyor, Commissioner, Municipal Coporation, Vijayawada, who subdivided the extent of land 34,350 Sq.ft and assigned NTS No.45/2 in respect of the petitioners property. It is further stated by respondent No.3 vide proceedings dated 18.03.2026 the same was implemented and recorded the changes holding that the subject property as NTS No.45/2. The town surveyor, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation also issued a certificate dated 25.02.2026 to that effect. Hence, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the orders of this Court are complied with and no further orders are necessary and requested to close the present contempt case. 4 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed that the orders of this Court are complied with. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
