Sandeep Kumar Singh-Applicant has approached this Court through this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Additional chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Room No.22, Sultanpur to expedite and conclude the proceedings of NCR No.124 of 2016, under Sections 323, 504, 427 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Karaundi Kalan, titled Sandeep Kumar Singh Vs. Abhishek Singh, in a stipulated period. This petition was filed in January, 2020, seeking direction for expeditious disposal of subject trial proceedings but no interest has been shown on behalf of the applicant. That apart in view of the decision by Hon'ble Supreme Court in High Court Bar Association, Allahabad Vs. The State of U.P. (2024 INSC 150), decided on February 29, 2024, such a prayer cannot be entertained. The petition is dismissed.
