On 08.10.2025, this Court had passed the following order:- Case is called out. The instant criminal appeal pertains to the year, 2004. The Chief Judicial Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police concerned are directed to submit the 'living status report' of the appellants within a period of four weeks. List/put up this matter after four weeks. 2. In compliance of above quoted order, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barabanki sent report/letter dated 11.11.2025 to this Court, as per which, appellant no.1 Swami Yadav @ Krishna Yadav, S/o Sri Budh Lal @ Bodhi has died on 29.01.2016, appellant no.2 Ram Chandra Yadav, S/o Sri Mahaveer Yadav has died on 05.11.2005 and appellant no.3 Sri Ram Rawat, S/o Ram Awadh has died on 04.05.2014. Thus, all the appellants have passed away. Death certificates of the all the appellants have also been placed on record. 3. In view of aforesaid, the instant appeal is dismissed as abated.
