Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following main reliefs: "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate transfer from District Bareilly to Meerut Range in light of Government order dated 06.05.2025, contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition." 3. It is submitted that petitioner is suffering from brain tumor and related medical ailments due to which the aforesaid transfer is being sought since he is undergoing treatment in Gurgaon for which transfer to meerut is being sought since it is near to Gurgaon. 4. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order. 5.
