The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 71 of 2025 arising out of Dumka (T) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 107 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 376, 354/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Dumka. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major lady on the pretext of marriage. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Dumka in connection with S.T.
