This petition has been filed challenging an F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.0129 of 2024, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Nagram, District Lucknow. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 25.11.2025 received from Sri Sandeep Kumar, Sub Inspector, Police Station Nagram, District Lucknow, which have been placed before this Court and taken on record, submits that Final Report dated 30.05.2025 was forwarded in this matter, however, the Supervisory Authority has raised certain objections, consequently, after further investigation, Final Report dated 26.08.2025 has been forwarded to the Court on 10.11.2025, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. Dismissed accordingly. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
