Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the respondents-State No.1 to 3. No notice is being issued to the respondent No.4 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of certiorari quashing the FIR No.555 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 121(1), 121(2), 132, 324(5) B.N.S., 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Khairighat, District Bahraich. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that a perusal of the FIR would indicate that a patently false case has been lodged against the petitioners. Contention is that no such incident ever occurred and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case. 4. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions states that investigation is going on. 5. Considering the averment as made in the writ petition, a perusal of the FIR and the fact that investigation is going on, it is provided that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners till any cogent/credible evidence is found against them. 6. Needless to mention that the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation. In case of non cooperation, the petitioner will not be entitled to the benefit of this order.
