Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 26.11.2025 whereby petitioner's representation for transfer to Sitapur has been rejected. 3. From the material on record, it appears that petitioner had earlier also filed Writ-A No. 10886 of 2025 seeking transfer from District Sitapur in terms of Paragraph - 5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025. The said petition was disposed of vide order dated 17.09.2025 directing the authorities concerned to consider petitioner's grievance. Correction of the order was also carried out on 22.09.2025. From perusal of the impugned order, it is evident that petitioner's representation for posting in district Sitapur has been rejected on sole ground that he has already spent 28 years in the said district whereas he is currently posted in district Ballia for the past 4 years. 4. Since petitioner has sought transfer to district Sitapur on account of 40% disability of his family members including his sister and son, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a representation in the next annual transfer for posting either in district Sitapur or in any adjoining district where medical facilities pertaining to treatment of his family Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd.
