HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6710 of 2025 Court No. - 19 HON'BLE RAM MANOHAR NARAYAN MISHRA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue necessary direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division),-4, Gonda, to decide the R.S. No.131 of 2004, Parmanand Srivastava vs. Vasdev and others, expeditiously in time bound manner, which is pending before the opposite party no.1. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the plaintiff filed original suit for relief of consideration of sale deed of perpetual injunction in respect of property in suit. The case is still pending before the court below at the stage of disposal of Application 68 Ga-2 filed by the plaintiff petitioner for summoning the record from the office of District Registrar, Gonda, where record of registration of disputed sale deed are preserved. 4. Keeping in view the limited prayer made in the present petition, no fruitful purpose of law would be served in keeping the petition pending before this Court. It is noticiable that the original suit filed by the plaintiff/petitioner is pending for more than 20 years and still no efforts are to be made by the trial court to hear and decide the suit in expeditious manner. 5. Accordingly, the court below is directed to hear and decide the Original Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pradeep Kumar, Adarsh Tripathi, Bhanu Pratap Singh Chauhan Counsel for Respondent(s) : Parmanand Shrivastava .....Petitioner(s) Addl. Civil Judge Junior Division 4 Gonda And 7 Others .....Respondent(s) Suit no.131 of 2004 in expeditious manner, without granting adjournment to either side and make endeavour to decide the same as expeditiously as possible within reasonable time. 6. The petition is disposed of with the above direction. November 17, 2025 KR A227 No. 6710 of 2025 2 (Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra,J.)
