Degree Programme English Medium and Telugu Medium from the academic year 2025- 2026 as being illegal, arbitrary, improper unjust and violation of Article 14,19,20 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violation of principles of natural justice, and consequently, direct the Respondents to reinstate the previous Syllabus of the year 2019- 2020 in U.G. Degree Programm English Medium and Telugu Mediumm, from the academic year 2025- 2026 and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to set aside the Notification vide No. APSCHE/AC-1/UG/Con-Single to Two/2025-2026, dt. 28.05.2025 and letter No.166918/CE/A2/2020 dated 14-7-2025 by reinstate the previous Syllabus of the year 2019-2020 English Medium &Teiugu Medium in U.G. 1. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous. In that view, no orders are required to be passed.
