Page No.# 2/2 This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, who is apprehending arrest in connection with the Diyungmukh P.S. Case No. 05/2025, registered under Section 303(2) of the BNS, 2023. Today the matter is fixed for case diary and the case diary is also received. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. Baishya, learned Addl. P.P., Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Diyungmukh P.S. Case No. 05/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No. 05/2025, dated 23.05.2025. It is also submitted by Mr. Baishya that it is informed by the I.O. that the petitioner appeared before the I.O. after obtaining the order of interim pre-arrest bail but prior to that, the charge sheet has already been filed on 23.05.2025. In view of this, the petitioner is hereby directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for his regular bail in said Diyungmukh P.S. Case No. 05/2025. The interim bail, granted to the present petitioner may be extended for another fifteen (15) days, enabling him to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with a regular bail application. With the above observation, this bail application stands disposed of. Return back the case diary forthwith. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
