Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the 1st petitioner’s representation dated 08.02.2025 will be considered by the 4th respondent, as per law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the 4th respondent to consider the 1st petitioner’s representation dated 08.02.2025, in accordance with law and the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the BNSS, 2023. 5.
