On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application seeking for issuance of patta after hearing the objections if any of the neighbouring land owners or any other third party whom the respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
