The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 55/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 80(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Mahboob Alam, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Malti Devi, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, no mark of violence was found on the person of deceased. It was further submitted that deceased has committed suicide as she was in mental stress due to death of her three months’ old son. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Mahboob Alam, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih or his successor in connection with Dhanwar P.S.
