...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents, 1 to 4 particularly the 4th respondent at the instance of 5th respondents in calling the petitioner to police station and insisting the petitioner to sit in police station from morning to evening without register any crime against the petitioner and insisting the petitioner to yield the terms of 5th respondent in order to settle the civil dispute in between the petitioner with the 5th respondents pertaining to petitioner agricultural landed property admeasuring with an extent of Ac. 0.08 cents in survey No. 143/2, Ac. 1.10 cents in survey No. 255, Ac. 0.40 cents in survey No. 230/1, Ac.0.43 cents in Survey No.240, and Ac.0.23 Cents in Survey No.230/10

All the said extents situated at Chevuru Village, in Gudlur Mandal of SPSR Nellore District and without there being any authority or sanction of law and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent not to interfere in any manner with petitioner personal life and liberty

The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents, 1 to 4 particularly the 4th respondent at the instance of 5th respondents in calling the petitioner to police station and insisting the petitioner to sit in police station from morning to evening without register any crime against the petitioner and insisting the petitioner to yield the terms of 5th respondent in
order to settle the civil dispute in between the petitioner with the 5th respondents pertaining to petitioner agricultural landed property admeasuring with an extent of Ac. 0.08 cents in survey No. 143/2, Ac. 1.10 cents in survey No. 255, Ac. 0.40 cents in survey No. 230/1, Ac.0.43 cents in Survey No.240, and Ac.0.23 Cents in Survey No.230/10 respectively. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents would submit that on written instructions dated 07.05.2025 would submit that Petitioner never appeared for preliminary enquiry before respondent No.4 and that it is purely a civil dispute between the parties and that respondent

Police never called the Petitioner to the Police Station and that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of the writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
